I mean ,is it legal for say someone leave 3-4 bikes in a public parking bay of only 7-8 spaces(without using them,i.e. - their fkd!) long term or for all intents and purposes permanently,denying use to people who actually need to use them.?.
I suppose as long as they're taxed & MOT'd !? I live in a town so don't really get this problem, but can completely see where you're coming from!
