ok ive changed the plug. no good. took the side casing off, then took off the variator and it has malossi 5g rollers. lubed the clutch springs but still not reving correctly. only thing i havent done is clean the carb out. heres wat its doing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIuibbTmADw
is the wheel spinning as soon as you touch the throttle? ether idle mix or clutch springs are not tight enough.. what happens when you try ride the bike?
that made me sound thick opps !! well when i get on the bike and full throttle its like it takes a while for the revs to build up then the clutch kicks in. but once u get off the line the bike is fine.
needs stiffer clutch springs and the idle mix ajusted.. if the clutch engages at a low rpm you need to build up speed to build up revs. this is where you get the lag. same with heavy rollers altho this isnt the case with yours.
mine did that when i had some foam in my manifold it wud take ages to rev take your manifold off and check lol worth a try
