ive got a all standard zip 50 (2000 onnwrds) with a 56 size jet. i bought a conicle sports filter and 2 jets (68 and 72) when i installed all, the bike kinda bogd and when i full throttle it sounds like it cuts out but it actually doesnt. i have to gradually, pull the throttle slowly to speed up. does anyone think i need a bigger jet? coz ive upjeted atleaset 16 sizes up what shall i do?
rollers are too heavy.. why do people STILL keep throwing filters at 50's? you LOOSE POWER but ye, lighter rollers, bigger jet, maybe lift the needle ajust the idle mix and install clutch springs... or just run an airbox
if i need a bigger jet, what size would you recommend? (72 in there already) will i need softer or harder springs or shall i experiment? lastly, to wiegh the rollers in there already; i need to take them all out and place them on scales and then devide the wieght by how many rollers there are?....am i right???#
Just weigh 1 u plum, and they should be 5.5 stock ? correct me if im wrong ? And for the jet sizes try 85+ I had a 92 in my 21m carb if that helps
