bike dealers and best deals

Does anyone have suggestions of where the best deals on bikes are to be had, other than official dealers? when my hubby bought his car, he got a great deal online! are there deals for bikes to be had this way? maybe the market is different, only i know what i want and have been offered a deal, but i want to know is it the best!

the only internet dealers that sell peds are chinese ones, so dont go there lol...

go to all dealers in your area, find the bike you want or bikes, get the prices, try and get some extra's chucked in, then play all the dealers against each other and see who throws out the best deal (watched this off wheeler dealers lol)
