Hey guys, Beta ark 50 lc. I have a carburetor (seems to be original one) it has a motori minarelli gurtner stamped on it and i wonder what is the diameter of it, it has got 12 written on the side, but is it really 12mm or is it 17,5mm? The outer diameter is 24mm. And when i look up some dellorto 17,5 carbs it looks the same as mine. Can anyone help? Also i want to install top performance trophy 70cc cylinder, is 17,5mm carb enough? And can i keep the oilmaster? Thanks for any responds
Measure the carb slide, that'll tell you the bore. A 17.5mm carb is good enough for the cylinder upgrade, yes you can keep the oil pump in place, it'll deal with it. Also change the exhaust for a sports one then re-jet the carb to suit
