My local garage quoted me £60 to have my Aerox up jetted after I've got my new exhaust on. I thought that was pretty steep considering how easy it is to remove the jet from the carburettor and put a new one in.
So I'm going to have a go myself. But before I attempt and end up taking every panel off I'd like to know which way you guys find it easiest? Cheers

you just need to take the seat out on an aerox mate , the carb is right underneath it :)

Cheers. So as well as the seat bucket I'm best removing the seat as well. Do the z panels also come off?

the seat bucket and seat are all one unit . You shouldn't have the take the z panels off , unless you finding it difficult to get the carb out but your shouldn't

So you need to completely remove the carb or can you access the jets whilst its still attached to the moped?

you will need to completely remove the carb mate , not to hard just take out all the pipes , take a picture of it first so you know where they all going when you put it back in :)
