i dont know the reason why but the best practice is to start high and work down(maybe someone will be able to confirm). My setup is a 125 AC with MHR reed block, PM Tuning manifold and i have the standard 82 which works perfect

As he said start high and go down. Will probably be closer to the low end of what you have.

at risk of contradicting everything i've ever said about open filters, you may be starving your engine running the stock airbox, a 25mm carb is going to cause a fair vaccum in there, resulting in a ritcher air/fuel mixture. basically it'll be like running on choke all the time.

bikes all together and a 105 is waay too rich gonna drop to a 99 then se how that goes i have a feeling may need to drop again havent full throttled yet as only done 5 miles on the engine soon enough though

dropped to a 99 better plug not as wet but still a bit black will go down to a 95 then check again also on three quarter and full throttle seems to have little to no power hmmmm? the pipe from airbox to carb is a little squashed as a 25 sits closer got some uiversal 45mm alloy ducting to fit instead so will free the flow up there
