Hey guys what would the best pipe be for a yamaha aerox 50cc with stock engine? most probally will stay stock engine if i do upgrade i would buy a complete new pipe also with the pipe you have suggested what would i have to upjet my carb by? Thank you
upjetting varies from 5-10% normally, start high, get lower til you find the best jet. just buy a box. there's loads of pipes you could have so its entirelly up to you really. So instead of listing the pipes i would personally recommend, ill list ones i wouldnt: Technigas Endy Ninja Hebo PM Tuning Leo Vince TT (its an okay pipe, but its also the cheapest and worse looking of the aftermarket exhausts and you should really just spend some extra and get something decent) Any cheap brand you find online Look for something like a stage 6 exhaust, Gianelli, Yasuni Z, those kind of pipes. Nothing too revvy bear in mind. and you will need lighter rollers, bigger jet and maybe stiffer springs, you cannot stay COMPLETELY stock bar the pipe
Nothing wrong with the hebo or tt ? If you're on a budget go for a tt. If not go for a Yasuni z if you intend to go for a low end 70's in future (Like polini corsa) Go for a Yasuni R. You will need to change your rollers and upjet. Use the Jetting and rollers guide to do so.
i wood say the hebo had one on my old aprilia sonic same engine as the aerox pulled well not bad exhausts for under £100
