Having some bogging problems recently just wondering if ive got the right jet, as ive gone up sizes about 30% and still bogging! Aprilia SR50R Malossi Red Clutch Springs Malossi Special X Belt Stage6 4.5gram rollers, Standard Torque spring Standard Variator and clutch Standard Crank Stage6 StreetRace 70cc Kit Stage6 pro replica exhaust NGK BR9ES 72Main Jet Bike flies when its in a good mood, will wheelie off the line sometimes! Gets to about 62mph ish, on standard gears! Did have a 60 in, with the standard airbox restrictor and it ran like shit, just burnt blue smoke constantly! Turned the oil pump down (I turned it up loads for running the kit in) took the airbox restrictor out and went to a 70 jet, bogged a bit, then put a 72 in and it fookin flew for about 2 - 3 months, now its started to bogg again, airbox is sealed fine, its just had a new manifold which is fine, carbs been cleaned endless times but still bogging! Its not like 5 - 10 second bogg its like 2 seconds but still a pain in the arse if im trying to pull off somewhere! Also this exhaust is way way wayyyy too loud, I got pulled by an arrogent copper who said the end can wasn't road legal, so I rang pedparts and they said the WHOLE exhaust is legal (long as its not been de restricted). I did get it to go a bit quiter by tightening the 3 bolts on the end can but all of a sudden it was loud again one morning, tighting the bolts now makes no differnce! Any help will be appriciated!
end cans are shit on them, my sport pro is just as bad. You need to put different ruts on, not them rounded things. + helps what engine it is, what size carb ?d
Not really worth taking the kit off to check rings when it could be a simple jet size? Took the exhaust off and had a look at the rings through the port and they seem okay, its standard airbox

Should be 33:1-40:1 standard pumps are 55:1. 60 jet makes it run lean. All leading towards it could be damage to your rings. Rings can wear down you know ? But if you don't want too then fair enough. Can't see much through a 1cm hole tbh. Check for any air leaks.
Got a new manifold and new airbox, all sealed properly, hasnt bogged at all today if im honest, it had a 60 in and ran like crap for about 3 hours when I was getting it home.
