Fibreglass the inside for strength then once it’s hardened use fine filler on the outside crack. Prime, spray or put graphics over it.

Double sided tape on the inside of the panel, spray some activator over it from some Mitre Mate, shallow skim of fibre glass, then OPEN up the crack on the other side with a dremmel so you can get some plastic bumper filler in there, sand it down, paint it.

depends on the severity of the crack, hammerite brush on paint can also be a good filler, before sanding. Spray the back of the panel with whatever your using for finishing, including lacquer, as it helps create a water seal. I know you have probably finished the panel by now. just thought I would share a tip.
