I have a aerox 50cc all standard but with a leo vince exhaust. I don't think my carb is running right so I think might another one. What is the best carb and size for my bike ? also anyone know how easy they are to change ? one more thing will a better carb give me more power and speed . thanks

The standard 17.5mm Is perfect for a 50cc kit. people underestimate the 17.5mm carbs, They can handle alot more power than you may think. Replace it with a standard carb and make sure you have up jetted it properly. There are a piece of piss to replace. Depending on how much stuff you need to remove first to get to it :p. But still easy, First remove the air box and Remove all pipes, E.G Fuel - oil etc etc, Unscrew the throttle cable from the top, It will ping up a little but thats normal as its under tension. Remove anything plugged in Auto choke etc. Unscrew the carb from the inlet manifold (slots into black rubber behind the carb) and then pull it off. Replace with new one and make sure all connections are back in place. Tighten screws (not to tight) put the air box back on and Job done :) When cleaning or replacing a carb etc The bike will always take a few seconds to start. This is normal as there is no fuel in the float bowl ( Bottom of carb). Apart from that theres nothing to worry about :). Good luck

Oh and getting a bigger carb will just cause problems. As your running a 50cc stock top end its pointless wasting your money on a more expensive one for no reason. Oh ALSO PLEASE make sure that the idle screw and air/fuel screw is set correctly before taking it for a test ride. I cant remember what the standard settings are for a aerox but im sure one of the lads on here will help soon
