mmmm.twins on a 125!!!i was surprised to see it.had another fiddle today and got it synced/running a bit better but theres so little room to get my hands in.fixed the starter but snapped a bolt on the sided case..soft quality screws..just gotta get a bottom bush for the mono shock now.tried to get the brakes better by bleeding them but the lever still pulls to the bars..brake works well though..looks like a new master later...so thats it so far on his...mine...did up the head bearings..FINALLY...still aint found the keys....big hammer and a screw driver is the next option...or if i calm down...maybe a drill and some sense

oh and ive noticed the indicators not working is only when i have the steering straight or to the left abit, if i lock it to the left or turn right the indicators work, presume the wiring on the barrel needs adjusting a tad

damn damn and double damn, 99MPG :(
just 1 shy of the 100mpg goal, will have to be abit more careful with teh loud handle next time i go for a run :)

also the indicators, gear light, neutral light and now rear brake light switch are all being tempermental. think i really need to whip the ignition barrel off, or atleast give it a play

Check brakes for any mechanical binding, wheel bearings greased,
tyres dead on pressure, chain well lubed, ditch any minor excess weight,
check gradient on planned route?. ;) .

does 40 up a slow long hill before the wind knocked me back to 30 so next thing to do is get the 80 kit on it and do the bushes and brakes fit the cdi that I've ordered and fiddle with the indicators that have died while I was trying to fix it

mmm..slowly but surely... had to change the carb air filter and pipe anyway so no issue there but the running problem was doing my head in..tried the coil the other day and it was the same prob...so ordered a new unrestricted cdi...then I thought...1 last thing..the cap..don't now what was happening but its a goer now.it pulls OK but not 100% .its tired..so the 80 kit is needed.been sitting on the kitchen cupboard for a few weeks now waiting for the problem to get fixed..the cdi I've got on it is unrestricted so petrol scooters say cos its got the pink wire pin missing from manufacture but it ain't a certanty so ile fit one from them that they say is unrestricted and then I've done all I can sept for the variator and the weights etc..3 more days and i can pull it apart and FINALLY fit it all...off to bed now.up at 4.30 and a ped ride to work...no more push bike in the cold.luxury...byeeee
