Anyone got any ideas on symptoms of belt slip on full throttle. What does it sound like...although I've ordered new rollers (correct size this time) im not sure if its belt or just incorrect roller size.

I'm using 15x13 x3 and 16x13 x3..would my new rollers stop the full throttle loss of power and slow slow pick up. It's like I have to ease the throttle to find the spot where it decides to bite and shoot off.

belt slip you would remove the variator face plate and give both surfaces a wipe down with isoporpol alcohol let it evap off ( 3-5 mins) they build back up.

belt slip is like a clutch slip you would hear engine rpm increase but speed fall away, or a lotta rpm but no pull on take off, also a possible squeal as the grease and belt slipped round the face causing friction noise

Ah its not the belt then mate. Can't wait to get these 3 rollers changed to see if its the problem. Variator issues sometimes seem like carb issues its so confusing!

Just didn't think 3 little rollers would cause the issue though. Will find out lol
