there is a funny vibrating noise , sounds like something is grinding or the variaqtor is loose but it isnt..., as i change my speed and revs the noise will go then come back , as i get faster it goes till i get to a certain speed where it willl stay :/ , what could it be?

same sort of thing happened with mine. when i changed rollers i didnt put it all back right, and a washer which was meant to go behind the front pulley which i thought was a restrictor needed to stay, so although it felt bolted on tight, it wasn't.

*by the way, 9 rollers are really really hard to get right, so could possibly be the wrong weights.
bogging is usually a jetting issue

yeah, you shouild have sartring from the back, backing plate, variator (rollers have a right and wrong way round), slider (make sure its clean), little washer (again, it has to be thw right way round), front pully, and finally your nut. check your plug and see how its been running, sounds like youve got a baearing or crank seal on its way out
