    i think my batts dead...
two nights ago we wuzz rollin up and it was too dark
so i switched my quad lights on so we could see what
we was doing lol. we blazed up, and i realised my lights
had been on for TIME without the engine running.
so i set off to go.. and the bike wudnt start.. it just ticked over
a few times but didnt start. obv batt dead.
so then i wheel it home...
next morning IT WORKS , i drive to college and back and
then gym and its working. so just now im about to go out
and it wont start. same thing. ticks over but sounds like its struggling
for energy. one of the bulbs has blown too
what could it be? battery needs replacing? i got a service tomo
    at my local bike garage.

Charge the battery and then give it a good ride. Should be okay unless youve damaged the battery. Charge it and find out. Having a duff battery on a VX is deadly!

leaving the lights on kills the battery

i remember doing it on my yellow runner to help a mate and it totally fucked tha battery so i needed a new one

Should be a model number on it. like yb9lb or summin. can get it from most bike shops.

first make sure the battery is topped up with de-ironised water, if is low then it wont charge properly (should be just above the lead plates) leaving the battery inder load will get it warm and the water will evaporate. dont use tap water as it wont work.
