Baron 50cc Moped Indicators and Switch Off Problem

I have a Baron 50cc Chinese Moped 4 stroke. Bought cheap as project. Got it running fine now. Present problems are:

1. Indicators come on but do not blink.

2. It starts up fine but will not switch off when turn key off or disconnect from battery. You have to disconnect the CDI to get it to switch off.

3. Normally on a moped there is a fuse near the battery or under footrest. I cannot see one anywhere. Will this cause the above problems?
