got this for £40, had a stripped spark plug hole which ive now helicoiled. It was silver but it was all scratched and faded, at first i just sprayed the inner panels, wheels and exhaust black and tinted the lights. Its going all black but not sure what colour to do wheels? and im making a custom pipe for it when i have a bit of money spare :p anyone know if theres any performance mods for this as i cannot find any:/ Got some Koso mirrors for it hehe:p and some speedfight alloy footplate things:)

Here's some things i have planned for it:
    • Jack-Up Kit
    • New shock
    • Modified PM360 Pipe
    • Side Mount for Reg Plate
    • New reg plate (original one is mahoosive!)
    • Recover seat
    • Few stickers (stage6, polini, malossi,k&n etc)
    • Different rollers
    • New drivebelt
    • Custom made grab rail/spoiler
Also wanted to try aerox forks, as i would get the stage6 massive disc and caliper, and got a bar conversion lying around from my old aerox. I understand there is no real performance mods for this scooter, but i want it to stand out from every other honda lead ive seen. Also, this will take time to complete as money is an issue at the moment.
Anyone got any idea what colour i should paint the wheels? They look rubbish in black.

little update, no pictures yet. Removed front mudguard and painted inner panels white. Also having a hard time adapting the Doppler stem to fit as one of the stem bolt holes threads are stripped, and the other one the bolt snapped inside as i never tightened them both evenly! Had to make a shim to fit inside the stem before i tighten it onto the fork steerer as its miles to wide! Used a quality street tin lid :p

Order received from PM Tuning! New pipes and jack-up kit, and a nice keyring :p well the jack-up kit had to be adapted as it was for a speedfight engine, so i just marked the jack-up kit where it wasnt fitting and cut that piece off, fitted it and if im honest its barely made a difference. I want the engine tilted right down at the back so i will either make an additional jack up block or order a very long shock. Fitted all the pipes, and had some spare, so fitted them as breathers and overflows:p Still not properly fitted the bar conversion, might have to order a different stem, anyone know what one may fit? i made a jackup for my scoot, just cut an old peice of square section steel, took a lot of grinding, but works well considering it was just trash steel. can you not just use the old honda bars and weld a clamp to them if that makes sense?

i had square section steel in mind, and do you mean use like the stem part and weld my bars on or something?

might have to weld the bars straight to it cos the clamp is alloy

you should cut open the standard pipe and weld a stright through pipe into it, so it looks standard but sounds like a proper pipe

i know a guy who did it with a tuono factory, it sounded amazing, but was way too loud, he bought some race pipes so he could keep his hearing!

    nice project

if you put a 2 stroke expansion exhaust on a 4 stroke it can cause damage

too much back pressure, would be like trying to run it with a plug in the exhaust, exhausts are quite complicated if you read the maths behind them, the length and diameter is quite critical
