That's awesome that your Speedo is 1:1 with the GPS. Normally they are like 5-10kmh out...
On everything, cars, bikes etc... My Volvo was 25kmh off at "80kmh" hahaaa...

I dont like 4strokes at all i wont do for sure, but i will prepare my gilera 180 2t for sure already got some parts maybe this summer she might be ready will see, i also wanna get another scooter for daily something around 15hp so it rolls everyday.

 

That scoot har a really nice tail. Nice sleek lines with the rear lights. Overall interasting and cool build. The graphics looks cool? Just a question: you decided to go with one roller bearing on the crankshaft. Whats the pros and cons with doin that?

 

Because on the side of the cvt is the most stress on the bearing, so its worth it to put that roller bearing there, it will hold much more than a normal bearing there is no cons.

 

Scoot was out for some driving, at 32-35C outside i was too rich, re-adjusting carb as always, its already common for me to tune the carb completely every time i drive , it be like that with these setups its not a daliy driver.

Car and moto batteries for now , i plan on openning shop for tuning parts only for scooters and maybe in the future tunning garage, thats big investment, for now its this. Here is a video from today, i got camera from a friend and recorded video around town.


Also it was too hot today, so i was runing rich i dont have time to re-tune the carb, its just slower 1sec to 100km/h and 14k rpm in acceleration instead of 14,300rpm where it destroys.

I was getting him with 1/3 throttle it was 200cc aprilia its a joke, this eats 500cc maxi scooters to 130kmh, when he stopped on the light he asked me how much is your top speed , thats a classic question in our country

 

Here is from today, i ran it with 100octane fuel + octane booster , around 106-110 Octanes, i did a ride afternoon around 7PM, i was thinking im not gonna run so rich but still EGT says only 550C, im kinda confused, but there was so strong wind it just stuggled catching speed. Im only free on sunday thats when im gonna spend time on the carb to make it perfect, until then i will not ride it.

 

This was last ride of 2020 where i also tried to test the max speed, but again i run out of road and new top speed was 135km/h which is regional record, nobody has touched those numbers. After this some ropes on the belt busted so it was for change, after that i sold the whole CVT to a friend and season ended its too cold to ride.


As for 2021 i started ordering 100cc parts so i will be having some fun this year with assembling new setup, testing , riding ,etc .... it will be a lot of money, waiting for parts and other custom stuff i have to make but as for now still waiting for some parts to arrive.
