Hello guys, here is my HE Baotian project, i have changed few setups but this is the current one. I will put pictures from the work of the last setup.

It originaly had chinese engine 1E40QMA and i decided to swap to minarelli engine, these are the parts currently that i have.

Stage6 Racing Modular / Athena Racing Modular cylinder ported by my own map, it makes 29,7hp @14,000 rpm which is around 21-22hp on the wheel.

Here is some pictures durning the porting work and the final port map.

The cylinder is assembled with 0,45mm squish.

Engine casses have been port matched.

Also 2 mounths ago i bought Stage6 gear cover along with Stage6 oil cap which makes closed curcuit in the transmission. The gear cover is not yet mounted because i will buy 14-42 gears and mount it together then.

Some other stuff that i have is aiesec quick action throttle, koso thermometer,volt/amper meter, EGT Display (currently broken), digital rpm meter but very slow, planing to buy KOSO DB02R as soon as possible. Tires i drive are pirelli diablo.

Here is few pictures of the scooter from the first drive this season, weather is not being nice these weeks so the scooter is sitting in the garage. I also need to soft my front suspension because last time i overdid with the oil, now i need to dissasemble again and take out some of the oil.
    56874484_2430925356927290_4244360241812078592_n.jpg 56902368_2316296905286298_4926278774992928768_n.jpg 57034722_642039169543336_4497702078927339520_n.jpg 56874480_421053395340097_8451281408323747840_n.jpg 57080018_328676761125159_4963954421386969088_n.jpg

Also some videos from the first ride this season, i havent touched the carb this season and because i sprayed the filter too much i was runing rich.

    And some other videos...

As for next season im thinking about getting Bidalot Racing WR96cc kit along with Bidalot Factory Racing 48 Crank and JollyMoto 100cc exhaust, but the problem is i dont know if the scooter will be driveable, because in this current state its crazy and i cannot think about then :)

    Best introduction ever!
    That's a crazy setup.
I'm surprised the front suspension has oil, a lot of scooters have dry front forks with just plastic dampers.
That's smart with the exhaust wrap, I never thought about lost resonance before.

Thank you guys, will keep you updated for sure. This Baotian is really not some cheap chinese scooter, im first owner and i must say its really great quality, suspension and brakes are insane. I also plan to even upgrade them 260mm disc at front, 4 caliper brakes etc...

Chinese bikes have come a long way over the last few years, I have been torturing a Chinese cub for 3 years and it's still going strong.
I find Chinese bikes are built so much better than Italian and European bikes actually.
Have you been working on bikes long?
Seems you have better experience than me!
    What country are you in?

@milo2025 with this setup i have not driven more than 120-125km/h which is ~75mp/h because the gearing is too short, it has insane power and just eats it like nothing, with my other setup before i had stage6 sport pro ported kit, same exhaust just 21mm carb and other clutch best i have gotten in few runs measured with gps 126 & 128km/h which is 80mp/h. When i put gears i will do top speed video it will do 130km/h without problem for sure.

@scubabiker Im from Macedonia, well since i bought it i started learning and got into tuning pretty fast and learned fast, so its around 5years close to 6.
This Baotian is kinda copy of the SR50 at least what everyone thinks, it just has bad tires from factory some chinese ones, if u put good tires it drives better then the aprilia sr50, we have a lot of aprilia`s here in my country so i have ridden and compared. Also the stock cylinder is pretty strong just lacks cvt from factory when u tune it right it eats piaggio's 50cc :D

Here is example of 50cc done right, same bike as mine with stock engine and cylinder and some cvt parts and exhaust, this is my friends scooter that i tuned for him.

I took off the CVT today cuz i saw little oil out of the cover, stock gear cover just doesnt work on midrace/highend engines.
    BlueStacks_2019.05.22_21.42.52.37.jpg
I inspected everything after that, great condition all new, but i will be changing my cvt next mounth probably, i dont like to have malossi parts on my scooter because of their "100% shit quality".
I will be getting CVT FR4 90cc vario and Polini Speed Drive Evolution 3 or 2Fast pulley.

Gears are here , Top Racing 14-42/13 which are 25% longer, i decided for them because i dont want power wheelies i just wanna launch instantly from the start. Also got some octane booster will be putting all together these days hopefully, its very hot outside like 35C its impossible to do anything.
    _20190705_143144.JPG

Also i forgot to mention that i got new EGT Display and its working great cant wait to see that too.

These days little work was done on the scooter, fixed the hole where my speedo was this is temporary until i buy im thinking to get RXN2+ GP, here is how it looks like.
    IMG_20190714_204849_880.jpg
Also as i was working this i had to dissassemble my throttle, and what i see the cable is done it was holding on only one wire, the guy that made me the throttle cable said it will never brake never he talked so much and after 300km its done. I will be fixing it my self.
    IMG_20190714_204854_990.jpg
Today i went to my friends garage to get the gears done, dissassembled everything, until he was bench pressing it , i cleaned everything we put everything back with new gears all fit perfectly from first. Here is some pictures durning the work i took.
    IMG_20190719_001827_182.jpg IMG_20190719_001825_169.jpg IMG_20190719_001823_148.jpg
After all finished i looked at the crankshaft and i totally forgot i had the spacer from the variator on there, and i have lost it......i left it there like a dumbass when i had my whole cvt out and i forgot to get it out, so basically i searched my garage the van i put the scooter in nothing no sign, i will have one made these days for me, luckly there is dimensions on the malossi site.

So update.... after this i tried fixing the throttle cable but was not possible, so instead of getting new one made i decided to order new quick action throttle from Voca Racing, also got new filter with that and some other stuff, but scooter attack messed up my order so it got here after 4-5 weeks of waiting. After that i bought new throttle cable for a stock throttle and edited it and works perfectly now.
    DSC_0356.JPG
After that i started assembling the cvt, i was thinking my belt was maybe rubbing a bit on the casses so i decided to grind them even more now its perfect. Also cleaned the CVT it was dirty.

Here are some more pictures, i dont know why the forum rottates some of them i tried rotatingg but doesnt matter it still uploads them same way...

    DSC_0379.JPG
    DSC_0375.JPG DSC_0376.JPG
I took it out for test runs the other day 100octane fuel, now its even scarier to drive it catches speed instantly even with cvt not perfectly adjusted. Then the other day there was meeting so i took it out for that too and made small video too bad the card was full so short video. I will be adjusting the scooter these days if the weather doesnt screw me up here is more pics and video.
    DSC_0381.JPG
    IMG-db62a5761f24ee2eff553eaa6fbb7b36-V.jpg

Also the EGT sensor is working fine and i ordered KOSO RX2N GP from scooter attack still waiting on it to be delivered..... in this video i flew with around 130kmh @14,180rpm which is almost center of my powerband, the rollers are really holding me back, i did tune the clutch and changed torque drive angle after this, so i need to go testing and do adjustments these days i will perfect it and record some videos then. It doesnt wheelie now because of the clutch it engages way too high so the belt falls down, but after it grabs the wheel spins behind...after that the handle bars feel so easy like the tire is in the air till like 60kmh, its kinda scary to drive it i need to hold them strong, so that means when i tune it it will probably wheelie again which i dont like ... i will see i bought 25% longer gears but it just has too much power.

Today i did carb and transmission adjusting, i just need 0.1gr heavier weights or i might not need, tomorrow i will put the rotor plate from the selettra it will add weight on the crank probably will be perfect, now im revving 14 110rpm on full throttle it rips. I recorded few videos with track addict i was testing it, it was so scary to drive with one hand.

Here is the video, watch out for the wind noise put volume lower :)

Update the weather here is bad so season is over, meanwhile the speedo arrived so i was wiring that, the exhaust will be sold because i made a deal one guy will buy it off me, so im thinking this winter to dissasemble everything but i dont have all the parts for next build, i decided getting bidalot wr96cc instead off 100cc 2fast, i will be getting KRM Pro Ride 100cc exhaust, i might try runing the scooter a bit with that one then dissasemble when i get new cylinder kit and crankshaft and other stuff. There is going to be alot of work in the engine blocks for the new setup and it will be much more powerfull. Here is video of the last run i did today i forgot how it sounds kinda feel bad for selling the exhaust and also the speedo.

So this season were few tests here and there u can check some videos on my youtube, i have done so much little stuff that i dont even remember :p
Here is a top speed run from today i ran out of road and the scooter was still pulling quite hard, i got 133km/h @14,600rpm also recorded with track addict the last video but signal was bad so it only showed 130km/h, the speedometer is 1:1 with gps i have checked it before. I need to find longer road and push it to max speed.
