Ball Bearing fell out of petrol cap?

    When taking off the petrol cap I think a silver ball Bearing fell out of it, not 100% if it came from cap but if it did should I be worried? Thanks

    Concern about seal maybe.?,lay it on it's side for leakage? & do a Sherlock from there.
    ....reading it's key operated - how does it work now from what your used to .,?.,
    'same'- but mildly different -bearing might have been in place to facilitate or make actions smoother.;.
