Bad vibraiton on runner 172

    Hey took my runner out for a first run today and it vibrates verry bad a low revs, i know they vibrate but this is verry bad, seems to be from the front of the bike, any idea how i can stop this?

    probably be the engine mounting bushes...you can buy uprated bushes :)

    thanks mate, would it still vibrate the front end, and clocks ect. ? could it be the forks, they seem very stiff

    yep... if the forks are seized up or partly seized, its not gonna help :)

    Fixd :D tightend everything up on front end and its alot better :D

    was about to ak if the wheel is buckled or anything stupid like that.... if its been sat then overinflate the tyres and go to bed (only by 10 or so psi) then in the morning let em down completly and fill to the correct pressure. tyres are rubber, rubber can take new shape. if its sat they could have lumps in them... can be alot of things that cause this... the fact stuff was oose on the front of your bike leads me to belive you need to look at most of the causes. lose forks (sounds like what you tightend) arew a sign sombody wiht fuck all idea what he's doing has been messing with the bike/built it up from random parts. be safe. rip it to bits an check it out. its a scooter of atleast 7 years of age... chanes are some idiots had hold of it and messed with prittymuch everything

    I got rid of the big windguard and put a little one on and sorted it all out :)
