hi people, i have a speedfight 100cc and theres a big problem with it. When i go to start it, it turns over fast then all you hear is a massive gush of pressure spit out of the exhaust, then maybe it will turn over itself. But if any revs are applied it stops, doesnt slow down then stop, just bang stop. Really need help on this its got plenty of petrol and oil, carbs been cleaned, also only starts if choke is on. if i unplug choke, it dies immediatly. I need to use the bike for college so i desperatey need help. I greatly appreciate any info, Thanks people :beg:
Hi i am not goning to me much good , but i know no post is derpresing LOL Sounds like your choke is fine, as it would cut of till the bike is worn , If your using electric choke ----------- that out. Erm plug colour ? did it just start doing this ? if you put fuel on the plug , will it then start for a few seconds , IF so fuel problem to cylinder? My bike did the same as your cut out , the middle gasket was gone letting water onto the cyclinder head, it would fire then die , It burn 2 gaskets in less than a week .I just dnt know why
its air cooled and the plug is fine but wet and its an engine i had spare that was fine 3 years ago lol, im thinking too much fuel, when it does get going for a few seconds it blows out loads of white smoke, enough to gas the street out lol
