Back on geared?,making a SORN.

Just bought myself a little c70 last night,
and it's my understanding as the new keeper I should make a SORN declaration as it's untaxed.
Previous keeper had declared as such an now it's my turn,but am finding it a little confusing as it'll be a while before i've got log book,
An that automated gizmo they've got nicking someone's job is about as useful as a pair of t..s on a cruise liner.

 

Tryed doing it online,but apparently you need the logbook,
She said v62+v890- cause I said don't have logbook ,but i'm getting one via post-
Am I right in saying v890 +green slip should do the trick?mk.

gotta mate coming by to 'assist' me in getting a few nuts/bolts off- noticeably concerning rear carrier and top box .which is junk ,
Melody's old box / which is smaller will be sweeet on it as want single seat conversion as will be lightly converted into a pure works bike for getting around London ,cause getting CSCS finally in jan./14. so's workload will be massive.,
Still getting the 90 but end next year,as need a c40 mph capable bike,this will most certainly do in the meantime..,
Narrowly pipped me getting a 102 lead.,

and a petrol tap- had to have a good look to see position (on/off/res.) ,had'nt seen or used one proper in about........ years.,
I'll be waiting till it's at least a bit dry before I u-tube a vid or 2,though it'll be a while for any riding ones as sorn + no ins.mk.
