back brake caliper rattling

hi i recently changed the back brake pads on my scooter. ive noticed that its rattling a bit. it bolted nice an tight to the swing arm and everything seems back together as it should be. any ideas what this could be? thanks in advance

 

there's usually a little stainless widget that goes on under the jesus pin that stops the pads wobbling about - did you notice it?

 

Do you mean the little metal like springy tray that the top of the pads sit on mate?
