If you dont yet own a scooter please do not buy one from 5-ways as they will charge for everything from warrenty work to picking up your scooter for repairs i have found out in the near 4months i have been riding they will rip you off for everything! from leathers to neck warmer's! :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm: plus if you come off in bad conditions it is "your" fault ! yet according to my workmate's lass they should be able to do it through warrenty as it was a "act of god" (fu*ck knows what one of them is but oh well!)

no, if you come off your bike in bad conditions it's YOUR fault for riding it. No one elses, just like it's your fault if you decide to ride through a ploughed field.

sorry officer it wasn't my fault i shot someone, it was HIS fault, he made me jump.

sorry officer it wasnt my fault i was doing 55 in a 40, its because i had a tail wind.

NO its not, it's poeple who winge that warranty dosn't cover their own fuck ups that make matters harder for companies.

ok, maybe the company is overpriced and charge you over the top, but that's why you read some reviews before you buy from a dealer.

The guy needs to blame someone. Come on its not his fault he took his ped out in bad icy conditions that arent even recommended to 4 wheels.
