It's bogging a bit! So, just to bring you all up to speed, the 70cc kit is in my 2007 runner SP and it went pretty smoothly! :grin: I have now done: Athena 70cc kit 1.1 squish New plug New belt New Malossi Black clutch springs 5g rollers 17.5 Dellorto carb 72 Main Jet The problems i'm having is that i've turned up the oil mixture pump (about 3/4 out) and been tweaking the carb (unscrewing it) to make it richer (i think). but the engine still has a moment for about 1 second mid rev range and stutters before i get power. I fear that it still might be running lean, but i'm not sure if its getting enough oil too... Does anyone know what this could be? Shall i give it more oil or keep richening it up, or both? Apart from that WOW the bike feels good :yahoo:
if you cant fathom it withh the guides on here then leave it in the hands of a professional.... i dont understand why so many people buy a load of parts, bolt them in then have to ask how to actually get the thing to run right.
I haven't just bought loads of parts dude! They have been going on over the passed 3 years! Yes the guides are helpful but i could find anything about turning up the oil mixture on here so HAD to ask... The Athena instructions were pap too!
