artermarket front outer pully

    does anyone make a tuning front outer pulley wheel for 125 motors i have seen the stage 6 ones but believe they are for 50/70 motors i have searched the topics on here and browsed online but couldnt find any info cheers fellas

    if your not fussed about electric start you can nock the toothed steel ring off the outside of the pulley... this makes it weigh 2/3 of original and helps with pickup. you cvan remove half the fins aswell altho this requires a laith, same with the flywheel, litening the load on the crank means quiucker pickup and more power comming off the crank.

    minor your ace nocking that outer ring makes it well lighter and im getting my m8 to remove some of the fins on his laith. this mod i say is ace just gotta see what it performs like now

    kyle ill do one more and swap it with ures if u want as it is hard to do it took me ages to get it moveing in the end i just got my 3 armd puller and off it poped

    i done it now and realised how do i lock the crank lol so bashed up a tool to lock it on rotor side

    twisted crank on the pin from locking across it.. you need to use an impact wrench

    lucky i only finished makeing the tool and didnt use it ill have to dig out the old impact gun but i have heard of it knocking the crank out of line happend to my m8s bike so im not too sure

    doesnt the kick start gear have to run on that ring ? have i just made a cunt out of meself ?

    the kick start runs from the center of the pulley on that funnt shaped thing.

    an impact wrench is less likely to nock the crank out of alighnment.. putting 52nm ACROSS the crank pin WILL twist it. never had trouble with an impact wrench, its idiots who sit there for 5 mins tightening it with one.
