basically need a cheap and cheerful rear shock. as im not gonna ride my bike with the one thats on it. its rusty white and looks like it should be in the bottom of a canal.
my bikes already cost me a fortune so im scrimping on the rear shock

these seem fairly priced and i like the look of it,.. never realised gilera/piaggio shocks were all the same fitment ???

Firstly the shop you linked is terrible hence we don't allow linking to it. Buy one from somewhere else!

Any new rear shock is decent as most shocks on scooters are fucked if they are the original. I've always bought the cheapest replacements I can find and they are always miles better than what i've taken off.

Oh and not all piaggio ones are. For 125's you either have to file down the mount on your cases or bend out the bottom shock mount to get it to fit as all shocks sold generally are made to fit 50's.

You don't have a choice? It's about 5 mins worth of work with a hand file. Hardly lots of fucking about.

The PM might be the only shock made that will fit without modding but then you are paying a stupid amount for over priced rubbish.
