Are parts for Peugeot elyseo & speedfight interchangeable?

I need to buy a rear wheel (rim) for my elyseo 100. Problem being there aren't many available on ebay etc but for the speedfight there are plentiful of parts available. I read somewhere that some Peugeot bikes have identical parts, just wondering if this was the same in this case.
