Aprillia sr50 r running problems when warm

Hello, I have a aprillia sr 50 r 2009. It’s starts first time every time and idles lovely, but when I have road it for about 30 mins when the engine is warm it “kangaroos” and looses power. Could anyone help me please. Thank you

 

It could be a number a faults, we need more details, is the auto choke working?

 

The auto choke seems to be working, I checked it both when warm and cold and there is a noticeable difference.
