Aprilia sr50r LC to AC conversion

Hi all.
I have searched the forums but cant find anything related to what im asking.

I have an aprilia SR50 R liquid cooled but the water pump, piped and head all need replacing. My question is,

Can i take off all the LC stuff and buy and run a Air Cooled head and obviously get a flywheel fan ?
Basically i want to turn it into air cooled and scrap the watercooling system.
