Started having more problems with the bike! Mrs came home upset that it kept cutting out so i took it the bike shop where i was told the main bearings had gone (felt stupid that i didnt realise) anyway was offered to swap it for a Neos 100 if i came up with £300, not worth it so im going to rebuild the engine.

    Parts ordered:

    New Crank
    New main bearings
    New seals and Gasket set
    Spark plug
    Rollers
Tax disk holder (metal this time)

    Cost £100`ish

Also had to go out and buy some new tools

    Sockets + Rachet
    Spanners
    AllenKeys
    Bearing Puller
    Blow Torch
    Screw Drivers
    Oil Filter Remover (for variator)
    Wire Brushes
    Rubber Mallet
    Engine Cleaner
    Tray for bit
    Tool Box

    cost £63 :(

I would have gone for an uprated crank if I was you? Normally not much more than stock...

i did think about this, if i realised the crank was nakered before i changed the head it would be a 70cc.

once this is done the dragster engine will be a better spec then that lump can go in. but for now while she is getting used to it il stay stock

if you grind the bottom edges down you can use it to pull the bearings off the crank :)
