Aprilia sr50 need help urgently

Hi I have a 2012 aprilia sr50,

I recently tried to fit a polini high speed variator kit, I installed it all correctly and took it on the road, I noticed when I gave full throttle the revs would drop to idle then back up then back down and so on and so forth. Does anyone have any idea why???

Hitting the rev limit maybe?
Was it ok before you fitted the vario?
Re-fit the old one and see if it still happens

 

Yes it was okay before, I will re fit the old one and try
