Aprilia sr 50 r hose dripping fuel

Hi I have noticed this hose hangin from the bottom of my aprilia Sr50r 2012 and is leaking fuel, can anyone tell me what it is??

 

Carb oveflow,

if fuel starts to come out of that it means your carb jets have become blocked , or the float has gotten stuck and instead of flowing into the engine and causing a hydro lock the carb allows that fuel to flow out of the overflow pipe as your seeing .

to fix you need to remove carb and check it over / clean it out

 

Okay thanks very much, also I took it out on the road today and can only get 30 mph out of it on a flat road barring in mind it has a stage 6 exhaust, it kind of feels sluggish any things I can do to improve it.
