make up a garage, make up some headed paper then send it off then when and if they contact this garage say it was all done properly
pain in the arse to do it, a recept from a garge company has a long print list down thw back, cant rember what its about i never read our ones lol even a normal letter from a garage has it all on the back think its to do with the policy they use or something so you cant just make one on your home pc
not really will take 20 mins on a pc, then get a manual receipt made up...... just write down what was done add the prices and then send it off if its an independant garage, like most it will be like that anyway.... they cant not accept it can they???? i did it once, dickhead hit my bike in a company car, did a lil damage so got my step-mum to write up a quote of the damage with fake info and her contact numbers and gave it to the company........... they rang up a day later to confirm the garage and then gave me the money to save going through the insurance........
don't have to be a company, you could be self employed and work out of your van, still would be a 'professional' doing the work wouldn't it. put down your grandparents address, and contact numbers then when and if the dvla contact them just get them to say yer i did the work, i fitted a 125 engine. :nerd: basically they want proof from an independant mechanic that the work has been carried out........... its like any work done to a bike, for example services they stamp your warranty card with the address etc. for proof of a service. im pretty sure there arguement is has it been done properly and did a garage do it? if you do the work yourself what are you ment to do?? is there a proper way of re-registering a 50 to 125 project if youv'e done the work? engineers report?? :wtf:
basically i need a mechanic to confirm my bikes frame and engine number and say that its been looked at and its a 125 motor
professional emplys doing saomthing for a profession, meaning registerd company and tax paying so no it cant be some random guy in a van or else he could send it as himsself..
