Trying to find a way to mount a gps in a waterproof cover on my scooter so i know where im going as i have about as much direction as a blind guy in a minefield when in areas i dont know well.

Anyone have a gps set up with their scooter? with pictures and details??? so i can get some ideas.

Use a TomTom Rider Premium kit for my TGB at work - has a Ram mount .which fits perfect on the end of the grip near the indies switch.
Kits completely waterproof -dropped it in the bog /once.:):).,
Will post full pics for you tommorow.MK..... .

Bought a car version,as a short termer - you must make sure the surface is thoroughly scratch free -had mine affixed to my right hand clock:glass, tiny scratch came up on glass during a service,an it came off while riding, luckily was only doing low speed and it landed in my lap.:).
;).....put a security lanyard on it.

Assuming it fits I plan to put it on the inside of the windshield which should protect it from the wind force. But the waterproof housing I'm looking at has a clamp thing to go over handle bars to secure it so I'm going to examine my scoot and see if that's an option.

    SUNP0206.JPG SUNP0207.JPG SUNP0208.JPG heres my setup
it came with a load of different fixing for the bike, so i could have it in a heap of places, like the mirror (its like a plate with an m8 hole) i went with bar mount as it was easiest would have gone for mirror mount thing, but i have barkbuster things so it would be a bit cluttered. in the future i will mount it by the screen
