anyone kno where chassis number is on a old runner?

    just wanted to know if anyone knows where the numbers are also the engine number

    chassis number is at the bottom (under where your foot go's) on the rihgt side.

    engine number is at the back of the engine, look at your back wheel then left and you will see a flat part on your engine that the number is stamped into

    i found the chassis one but cant find the engine one :confused:

    have u got a pic of where the engine one would be?

    stand well behind your bike, duck down.. look at the tyre... look left of the tyre and you see the back of the engine.. around the middle of this (in your view) there will be a rectangle wiht rounded edges (just a cast part of the engine itself) raised up from the rest of the engine, size of a matchbox.. if you cant see it from that discription then its not there LOL

    just to add you might have to give ur engine a bit of a wipe mine was clogged up with loads of dirt couldnt see the rectangle atall
