Problems within a few days of owning it.. -_-

It is usually quite quick for what it is (40-50 flat out) but today I have come across a problem..
It seems to become quite down on power at random times, doesn't matter if flat, down hill or up hill.
It's almost as if it bogs down and refuses to rev.

All it has is a Leo Vince TT exhaust.

Edit to add: It had the rollers replaced before I bought it, presumably with the same weight.
It's almost as if it is in the wrong 'gear' so to speak.

    Could be heat seizing?

Had an idea, what would be the symptoms of loose rollers?
