Hi guyz i got a laser x pro apart from the end can thats fucked i tried to set up the bike with that exhaust and i found that i know nothing about setting up a ped i was running a 72.5 main jet on my 20.5 and went straight up to a 85 this seemed to work better but then the idle/mix adjusting problem came up .I dont want to get rid of the pipe and im willing to find an end can to replace that .But is it possible that i will set up that ? or i have to be a genius? my set up is this: Nrg mc2 Top performances iron kit 70cc Top performances crankshaft Laser x pro pipe Malossi carbon reedblock Dellorto 20.5 phvb stock variator 6.1 rollers(ill fit my polini 9g asap when i get the impact wrench of ebay) stock clutch with white big spring (i think they call it contra) Stock airbox I read many posts about that issue but i didnt manage to find something that would give me help only a post of capri dave who said about shortening the end can and a list of jets he ran on the bike ! today with the 85 main i screwed all the way in the idle/mix screw and i realized the bike wont die !There are no airleaks for sure.What i managed to say is that it runs ok on 3 turns anti-clockwise but still not as i expected i have to learn how to adjust that thing for sure.The bike wouldnt die once even i turned the screw till the end.The carb runs without a filter just like this and im thinking of installing a stock airbox.
Good news today i managed to fit back again the 72 jet and realized that WITH TRIANGLE AIRBOX STOCK the bike goes wayyyyy better i believe i need something in the middle !ill try 74 76 and 78 the next days always with stock airbox low noise good results .With the 85 mainjet the bike DRUNK literally the fuel !!!!and the bike was running rich any adjustment i would try lets see now with airbox and 72 mj
