don't wire it direct to the battery. too easy to pull the seat up and disconnect. you can link into the loom further down below the ignition block and secure the control box there as well

    None.
get a few friends together with paintball guns one night, leave the bike unlocked, first person to touch it or people try to nick it, shoot them up, make sure they get absolutely covered, they wont try it again and word will soon spread that your generally a phsycopath and none of their scum type will try again.

    or get a big dog.

or just what stevep says, the cheapest option.

i had a hardwired meta alarm on my VX, costly alarm, but well worth it. i had many people try and steal it, even though it was locked and alarmed and outside my bedroom door, i had homemade spikes along the top of my fence and a machete by my door, on several occasions i chased people out my garden with my machete and they still came back, once a guy left part of his hand on my fence, that was sick. they still tried every friday/sat regardless of the psyco punk with the dirty machete chasing them.

everyone should check out theystole mywheels on facebook, a very clever idea, simply click like and share if your in the area of a certain bike/car that gets posted, it works well, loads of people get their bikes back from it.
