Alarm and or immobiliser

hi I have a gilera 180 2t and someone told me that there is a piaggio alarm that will plug straight in no messing with the loom etc

Is this correct or can someone give me an idea as to one I can buy that I can install myself I have fairly good basic mechanical knowledge

HI, I got a alarm off eBay for my ped £13 posted 2 remotes nice & loud too

Only wires u need to connect up is + and - to battery, job done.

 

Am I right in thinking the 4t ones had an immobilisor and the 2t ones didnt?

 

There is a genuine alarm for the runner, I would fit a Datatool Demon alarm as it has easy fit 2 wires,very loud. Don't leave it out in the open at any cost, if you ain't riding it then lock it away in your garage. I use a BT baby monitor in my shed with the listener in the bedroom, well worth the money.
