Air filter replacement - New or Clean ?

    Piaggio NRG Power DD
    I have a Piaggio NRG power dt, 2005 plate. the bike has never had a new air filter and im ordering some parts on thursday morning and thinking as its only 4 pounds should i replace or it clean it ? its not what i would say clogged but it is very dark black
