ahhh fuking aerox

well i can normally start my ped first kick when its cold but as soon as it warms up it is impossible to start. and wen i do i have to keep it reving if i let go of the throttle it will idle but as soon as i give it throttle it cuts oout ccould this be my choke stuck on???? its a 54 plate
also wen it first starts i have to floor it and it wnt move for a while until it clears
