Hi folks, when i turn the ignition on the fuel guage and everything should work yeah ?
My battery is full charged an fuses ok, the bike when key turned doesnt come on, yet when u kick start it, it works e.g the lights an indis etc so anyone have an idea why it doesnt work when its not started ?

Also the seat lock mechanism, should the cable going into the ignition be loose or screwed in tight as ther is an adjuster,
    Cheers

Could be a dodgy connection to your battery, or a poor earth to the frame from the battery.

Ooor the fuse carrier could have a dirty connection. The fuse may be ok but not actually connecting.

    Dunno about the cable.

There must be an earth! Follow the black cable from the battery and see where it connects to. Check that connection. ;)

as bajaj said, your problem lies in either the Fuse, fuse holder, the earth lead (from negative on your battery to the frame), or the connections to the battery.

if you have the exact same problem then chances are it isnt your relay.

the main bike earth is always from one side of the battery to the frame (on all modern bikes its negative)
