Aerox, Why do i have to full throttle to go? help?

My Aerox has a thew mods, just ask if need to know to fix the problem? basically i have to pretty much full throttle to go, i have to scream its arse of to go! setting off and riding it only starts going at full throttle? help?

 

are clutch springs set to high ?
