    Hi,

    My Aerox has the following:
    Malossi 70cc Sport Kit
    Dellorto PHBN 17.5
    Stage6 Street Exhaust
    MVT ''SRace'' Crankshaft
    4g Rollers

The top is about 85/90 km/h and I weigh 110kg
It goes from 0-70km/h very fast but then it screams to go faster.

I'm don't mind to lose some acceleration to gain some top speed/cruise at lower rpm.

    What should I do next?
    Variator, Clutch or Gears?

And what gear shoud I change? Primary, Secondary, Both?

I understand that is the final racio that matters. But if I only change one gear, the teeth on other the still engage?

Sorry but I have little knowledge on this topic.

Final ratio for your setup is totally fine you dont need to touch it, if u put longer you will just screw up the bike. You should get aftermarket variator thats a must and a linear torque drive and fine tune all of that.

The variator and torque drive don't adjust only the acceleration curve? Maybe with an Over Range one?

I feel that I reach que end of the CVT.

    Maybe I'm wrong.

They adjust everythig, malossi sport is weak, the stock gearing ratio can hold up to 18hp without problem you have max 8 at the wheel if properly tuned. You need to get aftermarket vario and torque aand adjust it , also overrange is for 15+hp engines u cant put it on yours u will lose off the line and acceleration.

And what do you think of an Yasuni Pro Race V2 variator? could be a nice upgrade?

The first version was kinda okey for minarelli and bad on the piaggio, btw the yasuni vario is same as doppler one its copy, i dont know about the v2 it might be for stronger setups im not sure, you should get polini hi speed my reccomendation.

Hi speed evolution is for the highend kits, you will lose start if u put that, its designed for the big evo kits.
