hi there so far I’ve upgraded my aerox to a stage 6 streetrace 70cc
With a stage 6 pro exhaust
Polini hiflow vario stage 6 belt new fuel pump new clutch 17.5 carb new
4g and 4.5g three of each cdi unrestricted
    New plug new ignition coil
New water pump battery tyres basically the only thing ain’t been change is the crank but seals and is good
Now the problems I’m having are
The carb came with a 90 jet
I’m running stadard airbox Pedparts told me to start at 85 that I have in now but I haven’t wirk my way down I haven’t down jetted yet I’m at 2 turns out the take off is not that great up to ten mph with splutters after that it’s fast still wearing it in
Now the splutter is only up to half of throttle
I need some advice on it because the delorto 17.5 carb cane with a 90 but as the shop said way to high so I’m using 85 the middle clip was set from the second from top when I got
I removed this clip and place it in the middle I haven’t tried it with it from when I got it I drop it down to middle before I even tried not sure if it’s that or not all rollers are new new clutch contra etc belt any ideas peeps you think down jetting more will solve or do you think it’s the pilot jet

Nope mate it’s drove me nuts I’ve litrially spent days it’s only take off and don’t get me wrong it gets there quick but I don’t get is if I keep Revs up sometimes it’s gone and sometimes it’s there . Everything else is perfect
The rollers made a little differencebeing lightener 3.5 that I think is way to light had more talk power with all 4g in. ??? but you can still here it sputter sputter with not as much delay spent way way to much on it now
:( it got no leaks att all
    17.5 manual choke
Came with 9o main jet dunno what the pilot jet is

    Main jet = 76

    Pilot jet = 44

    Starter jet =43

    Needle type/position = 3sof (3rd notch from top)

Pilot screw setting = 1 5/8 turns out

These settings are standard. I'm now thinking down jetting could be the way forward buddy

My 17.5 carb came with a 90 main jet buddy I’m
Not to sure what the pilot jet is but I down jetted to 85 as Ped parts told me to start at 85 I went down to 79 and there wasn’t any different at that time I didn’t have any more jets so I have now from 75 to 92 jets but I haven’t touch it it’s still on 85 I did try it with 90 but exactly the same cold good once warm sputter on little take off
This settings above I take are my carb settings

You're right about the settings mate but I don't want to hazard a guess, I'll need to check when I'm next in the garage
