    Get a stage6 sport pro kit, its got a good power curve and doesnt eat through pistons. You will need a good crank with any decent 70cc kit, i'd go for a PM tuning if you want something good and cheap (£90) or a stage6 HPC which is more expensive but said to be tougher.

    Aerox's arent restrcited in the cdi so a standard one will be fine.

    Ok cheers so do you think the stage 6 kit will be better than the polini big evolution 70 cc kit and what do you recommend I want to make it quite fast cheers ?

    I'd say the port pro mk2 (stage6) will be a better all round kit for everyday use.

    A good setup would be;

    Your 21mm dellorto
    Stage6 Sport Pro mk2
    Performance crank
    Yasuni c16 exhaust
    Polini or Stage6 reeds
    Malossi Variator
    PM tuning clutch

    That would be a seriously fast bike. My aerox has a PM crank, Sport Pro mk2 and polini reeds but only a doppler pipe and 17.5mm carb, and it lifts the front a few inches off the floor when i give it full throttle and wheelies with ease when im actually trying. Does near enough 70mph now too.

    A gear up kit would be a good idea but usually the stage6 kits wont need one because they rev so high (even better with the c16 exhaust)

    Ok cheers I was finking about polini Evo 70 cc big bore kit the polini big eveoloution crank that you need to go with it and the polini big eveoloution exhaust you need aswell and polini 9 speed super speed variatior do you think that would be better but cost like nearly 800 pounds or do you think I should go with the kit mentioned above will there be much difference cheers

    Polini evo isnt made for everyday use. You are looking at a lot of maintenance with that kind of setup.

    ..and i ve never heard of a scooter shop that sell on credit or monthly payment.

    cast iron kits are better in term of longevity.

    Polini sport, malossi sport or s6 streetrace do work well :)
