Hey well i'm new to Tuning after finished getting my engine repaired i've finally decided to tune my rox up a lil It's a standard 50 valentino rossi spec 2006 model got about £150 - £200 am looking to get my rox doing about 50 - 55 what should i get without putting a 70 kit on also does anybody have a guide on fitting new bars and stems to rox forks?
why do people automatically rule out a 70 kit? when its the MAIN thing that produces power in your engine? get a pipe, then waste twice the cost of a 70 kit on a new variator, clutch, lightend flywheel, bigger carb and you will just about strain the hell out of the piddley lil 50 engine. or buy a pipe and 70 kit and see the real power come from your engine
Well hmm i might aswell get a 70 kit and pipe and save abit of money overall What 70 kit should i get for my aerox not to much but not to little and what pipe should i get? i've heard the stage6 are better on 70 kits than 50kits but i'm not sure Also what should i upjet my jets to and what rollers?
you wont save money if you have a 200 quid max budget. sorry to break that to you. polini and malossi if you can afford it, they'll be the best. 2 ringed ones for reliabilty, 1 ringed pistons for extra power. Pipes will depend on what 70 kit you get, if you get a mid-race one get a c16, if not the stage 6 pipes are good, but TT's, gianelli's etc will be fine. Dont buy technigas or Hebo or Endy or Ninja or any other shit brand you can find online And jets and rollers are trial and error my friend, buy bulk boxes of the things
Thank you for the help, I am currently looking at an athena HP 70 kit for £132 off AP With maybe a Yasuni exhaust polyccio 44 But not too Sure yet
look, i know you mean well, but have you EVER done anything you keep talking about? tt's are ALOT worse than hebo pipes. reading something somewhere does not mean you know about it.. doing it does.. and youve sudgested a few bad things allready. speak from experience. if you dont know, are guessing or are reitterating something youve simply read somwhere else its not really relevent. all in the rules, dont mean to be an ass
I would go for a stage 6 streetrace, it's reliable and has a better spread of power than most mild kits.
