Hi I'm getting a 50cc aerox sometime next month, it's second hand and around 4 years old. I'm planning on getting: Malossi 70cc Kit MHR Multivar variator Yasuni Z Exhaust Malossi X Belt Malossi rollers I don't know much about bikes/mopeds and so I'm unsure as to whether I should buy a new carb or if this setup would be fine with the standard one. Also, I'm not sure what would be the best weight rollers to get as I have heard different answers from each person asked, although I'm pretty sure they should be under 4g. Finally, I don't want to spend a lot of money on tuning the bike - under £400 - so what would anyone suggest? Any help would be great, thanks
you can run with the std carb (upjetted) if you so wish but if your serious about power/tuning, i would probably forget about the variator and tune in this order: 70 kit, pipe, carb, variator and belt etc...you will of course need an assortment of jets, rollers and clutch springs etc
